Overview
TeamDynamix (TDX) is a cloud-based platform that offers a variety of services for managing projects and services, including creating and managing project plans, status reporting, team collaboration, task assignments, resource management, and time tracking.
Technology Services uses TDX as our IT ticketing tool, enabling quality and consistent IT customer service across the entire university. Campus members can use the IT Service Portal (powered by TDX) to find answers to questions, request services and get service help for problems.
